Renewing Our Minds (ROM) invites you to a conference What is Truth? The Intersection of Faith, Media & Politics, taking place in Life Center in Crikvenica, Croatia October 29- November 2, 2025.
 

Political discourse is becoming increasingly polarized around the globe, and we want to wrestle with questions such as:

 

How can and should people of faith view and engage with politics, as it is increasingly seen as dirty and corrupt?

How can we maintain hope for the future as the world seems increasingly hopeless?

How can we maintain relationships and work together with those with differing political views?

 

We will engage with these questions and many more as we hear from speakers who range from elected politicians to scholars to community activists, as well as through small groups discussions and conversations over meals and in our free time.

The cost of participation is 200 euros ($225), which includes full room and board, conference materials, and an outing. Participants are responsible for their own transportation arrangements and costs. When planning their arrival, participants should keep in mind that the closest airport is Rijeka, and the next closest is Zagreb.
